Hoy una sorpresa del pasado que tenía arrinconada: el Renault 5 Turbo de Carlos Sainz de la Red Renault de Madrid y Provincia. Y esto es lo que tengo ahora:

Y en ese lugar, pondremos las rejillas que traen los fotograbados para el Renault 5 Gr2 de Studio 27:

Después, pintamos de blanco:

Y como la idea es pintar las franjas de colores, empiezo poniendo papel celo sobre una fotocopia de las calcas:

Ponemos encima, un recorte de hoja de enmascarar de Tamiya, formato A4:

Y lo ponemos en su sitio, habiendo puesto previamente cinta de enmascarar flexible para las curvas:

Y cubrimos toda la carrocería menos las zonas de pintura:

En este momento, empezamos a poner las máscaras de las líneas blancas con cinta de 0,7 mm marca AIZU:

A este punto, una vez puestas las de los laterales, recortamos un trozo de papel de enmascarar del tamaño de los numerales, para que no se pinten los colores y se trasparenten sobre la calca del propio numeral:
