Ya casi estamos terminando el Porsche!! Pero como siempre pasa, no todo va por buen camino. Y esta vez fue con los cristales de los faros delanteros. Una vez los coloreé con amarillo transparente, se me ocurrió barnizarlos con el barniz Zero prediluido, y se me quedó la superficie blanca opaca llena de rugosidades. Mala decisión sabiendo lo que puede pasar… Y los metí en líquido de frenos, eliminándose el color pero no la rugosidad, por lo que decidí a pulirlos lijando con kit de MicroMesh, con granos desde la 1500 hasta la 12000. Y ahí veis el resultado: magnífico!!

Once I colored them with transparent yellow, it occurred to me to varnish them with the prediluted Zero varnish, and I left the opaque white surface full of roughness. Bad decision knowing what could happen … And I put them in brake fluid, eliminating the color but not the roughness, so I decided to polish them sanding with MicroMesh kit, with grains from 1500 to 12000. And there you see The result: magnificent !!

A continuación, le tocó el turno al arco de seguridad y al asiento. Para el primero, que ya había pegado los protectores, era el turno de las tiras de plástico estirado para simular sus fijaciones. Plástico estirado con un nudo, y una gotita de cianocrilato. Para el asiento, usé los cinturones de T2m y los fotograbados de Crazy Modeler.

Next, it was the turn of the safety arc and the seat. For the first one, who had already glued the protectors, it was the turn of the stretched plastic strips to simulate their bindings. Plastic stretched with a knot, and a droplet of cyanoacrylate. For the seat, I used the belts of T2m and the photogravures of Crazy Modeler.

…y pegamos los cristales de los pilotos traseros con cola blanca, después de haber perfilado su borde con rotulador negro:

Volvemos a la parte delantera, y pegamos el limpiaparabrisas de Crazy Modeler, y la conexión del aire comprimido para los elevadores del coche, de Scale Production:
We go back to the front, and glued the Crazy Modeler wiper, and the compressed air connection for the car lifts, from Scale Production:
Y pasamos a fijar el alerón trasero. Primero fijamos temporalmente los soportes a la carrocería con blue-tack, y pegamos el alerón a esos soportes con ciano. Lo encuadramos todo en mi útil! Una vez seco, pegaremos el conjunto a la carrocería.
And we went to fix the rear wing. First we temporarily fix the brackets to the body with blue-tack, and we glue the wing to those supports with cyan. We fit everything into my tool! Once dry, we will attach the assembly to the bodywork.
